SELF DOUBT

 

                                                       Self Doubt

So guys, how are you all?? I hope you all are fine. Today my topic is well known to everyone, which is self-doubt. Many people having self-doubt during some phase, or during the successive phase. Thus, by this blog, I want to clear some doubt about it. So read it till the comment section. Let’s start then,

1.  Unfortunately but how self-doubt began to occupy its space in us??




·       Somehow we, start to have a doubt like I can’t do this or that. Sometimes we even hesitated to take a step towards something new.

·        This happens with everyone but some people can overcome this, the reason behind self-doubt is having a negative circle like if we have friends who don’t want to have a good and successive life then they will also stop you to try something new by fulfilling you by negative thought. Or even sometimes your partner also stops you for doing somewhat best for you. So, now the question is how we can remove/avoid this?? To answer this, I made the next segment

2. How we can remove this??

·       We can remove pessimism by avoiding people who don’t want you to go ahead in life. It can be your partner, relatives, or it can be your close friends. I know it is difficult to avoid them but if you will get success in your life then I can say they will definitely come to you. The people who meant for you will definitely give you positive thoughts. In contrast, the people who hate you will always fulfil you with negativity. And also a thing that I wanted to say is losing people who are an obstacle in your path is not a great loss. The loss is losing your goal by spending your precious time with those people who don’t want you to go ahead in life.

3. How you can be positive??

·    













    You can be a positive thinker by reading some inspirational books, spending time with yourself, finding your passion, working for your best version. By doing all these not only you can achieve your dreaming goal but also you can be a positive thinker. In addition, there are a lot of benefits of having a positive mindset.


·       4. What you should do when you feel low or having doubt of yourself/ having negative thoughts??

·      You should take a deep breath and say ‘this will pass soon’ in this condition. Because life is a swing, like sometime it will make you happy or some time it will make you do disbelief in you. In every phase it is must to have patience:  have the patience to deal with negative thought.
